For FocusPeak: Habit Tracker user privacy is very important. This privacy policy outlines the principles regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data by our application.

• Collecting Personal Data. FocusPeak does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number. We prioritize your privacy by ensuring that your identity remains anonymous while using the application.
• Application Data Storage. All data necessary for the application to function—including your habit names, goals, and progress status—is stored locally and exclusively on your own device. This data is never transferred to any external server or third party. Please note that if the application is deleted or the device is reset, this local data will be permanently lost as we do not maintain cloud backups.
• Third-Party Services and Notifications. Our application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver essential push notifications. This service may generate a technical identifier (Instance ID) to route messages to your device. While this involves basic technical data, FocusPeak does not collect, store, or share your personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or location) through this service. You can manage or revoke notification permissions at any time through your device settings.

Terms of Use

• Acceptance of Terms. By downloading, installing, or using FocusPeak, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
• License and Use. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use FocusPeak for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the goals and habits you track within the app. FocusPeak is a tool designed to assist your self-improvement journey, but your progress depends entirely on your own actions and commitment.
• Disclaimer of Warranties. FocusPeak is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. As all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or operating system updates.
• Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application.
• Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
