  • Images. When you use our core feature, you upload or capture photos of cars.
  • Account Information. If you choose to sign in using Google or Apple to save your "Garage" data, we receive basic profile information (such as your email address and an authentication ID).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • AI Processing. The images you provide are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini API) strictly for the purpose of analyzing and identifying the vehicle.
  • Cloud Storage. If you save a car to your "Garage", the image and vehicle data are securely stored so you can access them across your devices.
  • Authentication. Your login data is used solely to securely link your Garage data to your specific account.

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate trusted third-party services to operate Johnny AI. These services have their own privacy policies regarding data handling:

  • Google Gemini API. Used for image analysis and vehicle identification.
  • Google Cloud / Firebase. Used for user authentication (Google/Apple Sign-In) and storing text-based Garage data (Firestore).
  • Cloudinary. Used for securely hosting the images you save to your Garage.
  • Google Play Services. Fundamental services required for Android functionality.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take data security seriously. All data transfers between the app and our third-party cloud providers (Firebase and Cloudinary) are encrypted. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertising companies.

5. Data Deletion and User Rights

You have full control over your data.

  • Delete Individual Items. You can delete any saved car from your Garage within the app at any time.
  • Delete Account. You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data (including images and saved cars) directly from the app's settings menu. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we introduce new features, we will update this policy and notify you within the app.

  • Not 100% Accurate. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated results may sometimes be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.
  • No Professional Advice. The app is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You should not rely solely on Johnny AI's results for making financial, legal, or safety decisions (e.g., purchasing a vehicle based on the app's identification). 2Vision Apps accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI output.

2. User Responsibilities and Content

When using Johnny AI and uploading images to your "Garage", you agree to the following conditions:

  • Appropriate Content. You agree not to upload images that are illegal, offensive, explicit, or violate any third-party copyrights or privacy rights.
  • Account Security. If you sign in using Google or Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Right to Terminate. We reserve the right to delete content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within Johnny AI, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, and code, is the exclusive intellectual property of 2Vision Apps. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the application without our explicit written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Johnny AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. 2Vision Apps makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the application's performance, uptime, or the continuous availability of third-party services (such as the Gemini API, Firebase, or Cloudinary).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2Vision Apps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.
